GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All rates are quoted and payable in ZAR (South African RAND).
All rates are quoted per person, per night and include 15% VAT.
All rates include accommodation and full English Breakfast but exclude a 1% Tourism Levy.
The Sands@St Francis reserves the right to amend rates should there be an increase in VAT or any other statutory levies payable by the hotel.

DEPOSIT / PAYMENT POLICY:
A 50% deposit is payable within 7 days of making the reservation
The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival
If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% payment is payable within 2 days of making the reservation
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
100% cancellation fee is payable if reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival
PEAK SEASON (21 DEC – 10 JAN) Payment policy:
A 100% deposit is payable within 72 hours of making the reservation
PEAK SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY:
50% cancellation fee is payable if reservation is cancelled 60-31 days prior to arrival
100% cancellation fee is payable if reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival
SOUTH AFRICAN DOMESTIC RATES–from 45%
Bookable 30 day prior to arrival – cannot be booked further in advance
